The panel will lead participants on the yellow brick road of:
1. Looking behind the curtain of the Psychology Board through descriptions of the Board's mission, the composition and function of the Board and of the Board Staff, the relationship between the Board and licensees and how the Board reaches its determinations.
2. Successfully journeying through the not-so-scary forest of receiving a complaint from the Board through an overview of the complaint investigation process, including a review of the investigation process, practice areas/issues which most frequently appear in complaints received by the Board, and the most common outcomes of complaint investigations.
3.Arriving in the Emerald City of the future of psychology regulation, including brief overviews of the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PSYPACT) and the potential impacts of AI.
