This workshop focuses on the essential elements of forensic supervision. A model for supervision and addressing diversity issues will be discussed. Essential elements of forensic supervision will also be reviewed as well as how to respond when supervisees are not meeting expectations.

Kris Lloyd
Kris Lloyd Kris Lloyd, PsyD, ABPP, is a board-certified forensic psychologist who specializes in criminal forensic evaluations in the federal legal system. She completed her internship with the Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) in Butner, North Carolina and a postdoctoral Fellowship at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. She returned to the BOP in 2011 and worked for the Federal Medical Center in Butner, North Carolina for 10 years. There, she completed and supervised numerous forensic evaluations in support of the institution’s mission of competency assessment and restoration of federal detainees with severe psychopathology. She is currently assigned to the Psychology Services Branch where she continues to complete forensic evaluations nationwide. Dr. Lloyd also has a private practice in which she completes fitness for duty evaluations and psychological assessments.
